Business Development Lead

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying prospects
  • Convert leads into clients
  • Lead and manage the business development team
  • Set and achieve targets
  • Track and monitor KPIs
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualification

Bachelor's degree, Knowledge of insurance is imperative.

Skill Set
  • Understanding of risk management, insurance and regional market dynamics
  • Proven track record in sales with minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive results with a team
Experience: 5 years

Business Development Team Member

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new corporate clientele through lead generation
  • Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their risk needs
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
  • Assist in closing deals
  • Track and maintain database of leads
  • Report to Business Development Team Lead
  • Constantly upskill on insurance knowledge and keep abreast of markets
Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's degree

Skill Set
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knack of building relationships, should enjoy the sales cycle
  • Self-driven with ability to meet targets and manage multiple prospects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and good IT skills overall
Experience: 0-3 years

Client Servicing Lead

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain constant contact with client
  • Understand clients’ ever-evolving risks
  • Send weekly reports to clients
  • Engage clients for renewals
  • Explain policy details to clients
  • Promote use of portal for policy accessing and claims processing
  • Qualification

    Bachelor’s degree, Experience in insurance industry is of value

    Skill Set
    • Minimum 3 years of experience handling corporate clients
    • Previously proven leadership track/role
    • Ability to work under pressure situations
    • Excellent communication and IT skills
    Experience: 3 years

    Client Servicing Member

    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Assisting Team Leads in efficient management of clients’ risk portfolios
    • Reminding clients about renewals
    • Liasing with accounts to coordinate payment plans
    • Delivering and explain policy documents
    • Attending to client queries and escalating to relevant teams
    • Frequently visiting clients to review services
    • Working on client-specific reports to submit to management and to clients
    Qualification

    Working towards a diploma in insurance

    • Client Management Skills
    Experience: 0-3 years

    Insurance Services & Claims Lead

    Duties & Responsibilities
  • Leading analysis of client risks
  • Design insurance programs and prepare quote comparisons
  • Lead drafting of broking and placement slips
  • Negotiate premiums and policy terms
  • Maintain relationships with insurers
  • Claims
  • Oversee end-to-end claims process
  • Coordinating with loss adjusters and inspectors
  • Leadership and Coordination
  • Manage and mentor team members
  • Set KPIs
  • Ensure document quality and compliance
  • Strengthen and uphold internal processes
  • Coordinate efficiently with other teams
  • Qualification

    Bachelor’s degree, Working towards/holding a CII diploma in insurance

    Insurance Services & Claims Team Member

    Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support risk placement by preparing documents, analyzing client risks and coordinating with insurers for quotes
  • Assist in structuring insurance programs under guidance from Team Leads
  • Assist in handling claims processing
  • Maintain accurate policy and claims records
  • Communicate effectively and in good time with Team Leads, management, insurers and other external stakeholders where required
  • Qualification

    Bachelor’s degree preferred, Working towards diploma in insurance

    Skill Set
    • Basic knowledge of insurance industry
    • Good organizational and communication skills
    • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Experience: 2+ years
