- Assisting Team Leads in efficient management of clients’ risk portfolios
- Reminding clients about renewals
- Liasing with accounts to coordinate payment plans
- Delivering and explain policy documents
- Attending to client queries and escalating to relevant teams
- Frequently visiting clients to review services
- Working on client-specific reports to submit to management and to clients
